  •  19:00 Welcome Cocktail and Gala Dinner at Patrick Devos Restaurant. 3 Course menu €75,00 (wine included):


  • Starter: Tailfish cooked with thyme, goat cheese, rettich, herbs, crispy of white pepper
  • Main course: Duck breast with beetroot, red beetroot juice and cabernet sauvignon vinegar, young snow peas, lettuce peas, savory, new potatoes
  • Dessert: Strawberries, marinated rhubarb, cream of sour cream, ice of verbena



Saturday 22 June

  • Morning tours to Bruges : cost per person €10,00
  • Tour N.1: Details of the World heritage walk :
    Visit the historic city center and discover step by step what makes Bruges so special. Stroll through the medieval streets and alleys of the inner city. Sniff the special atmosphere and discover world-famous buildings and sights: the Minnewater, the Beguinage, the Church of Our Lady, the canals, the Burgplein with the town hall, the Basilica of the Holy Blood and the Market with the Hall tower. After this wonderfully historic walk you will understand why the city center of Bruges is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
  • Tour N.2: Why has beer been so popular for so long and why are there so many types of quality beers? Why is Belgium the best beer country in the world? Bruges brewed beer as early as the 14th century, so the gentlemen of Gruuthuse became wealthy. At the end of the 17th century, Bruges even had more than 400 breweries. And today? Your guide will be happy to tell you about it, along with the history of beer and the Bruges breweries. You meet Sint Arnoldus and Straffe Hendrik, and who knows, you might bump into a Brugse Zot. If you want to combine the useful with the pleasant, you can flush the stories in one of the atmospheric Bruges cafés after the walk.
